Shipping & Product Warranty Policy

At Pearls Vanity, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. Below is our official policy regarding shipping warranty, technical and physical product warranties, and refund conditions.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping Warranty

We provide a shipping warranty for all shipments to protect against damage during transit.

To Submit a Shipping Warranty Claim:

  • Include:

    • Proof of damage (clear photos or video)

    • Proof of purchase

  • Upon approval, damaged vanity mirrors or table parts will be replaced promptly.

Important: If, for any reason, a refund or financial compensation is approved instead of a replacement, the refund will be issued only to the original payment method.


๐Ÿ”Ž Inspection on Delivery

We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon delivery. The shipping warranty is only valid within 7 days of delivery.

What to Do if Damage is Suspected:

  • Do not sign the delivery receipt as โ€œOKโ€ if there is visible damage.

  • Inform the driver that you need time to inspect the contents.

  • Note all issues on the delivery receipt such as:

    • Dents, stains, or holes

    • Torn or ruptured packaging

    • Boxes or items off the pallet

  • If the mirror is broken, refuse the item and contact us immediately for assistance.


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Technical Warranty โ€“ Vanity Mirrors

Pearls Vanity mirrors include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.

To file a claim:

  • Contact Customer Service within 12 months of your purchase date.

  • Provide:

    • Photos/videos of the issue

    • Dated proof of purchase

Our customer service team will assess your case and determine an appropriate resolution, such as replacement parts, repair instructions, or a replacement unit.


๐Ÿงพ Physical Warranty โ€“ Vanity Tables & Mirrors

Vanity tables do not come with extended protection for future physical damage. However, if you receive a defective part out of the box, we may approve an exchange.

Conditions:

  • Report damage within 1 week of delivery.

  • Do not continue assembling a damaged item; this will void the warranty.

  • Some returns may be required before replacements are sent.

  • Warranty does not apply if damage results from improper installation, use, or maintenance.


๐Ÿšš Local Pickup Warranty Limitations

Items picked up directly from our warehouse are not covered under the shipping warranty.

  • Customers assume full responsibility for safe transport.

  • If transportation is deemed unsafe or risky, Pearls Vanity may require the customer to sign a waiver, thereby voiding any warranty coverage.

  • In all cases, exchanges or resolutions must be handled at our warehouse, regardless of fault.
