At Pearls Vanity, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the shipping details below to ensure a successful delivery experience.
📦 Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).

Standard Delivery: Most deliveries take –10 business days, though delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or carrier issues.

Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? We may be able to expedite your shipment for an additional fee.

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside of the continental U.S.
🚚 Freight Shipping
Most vanities are shipped via freight transportation due to their large size and weight.

Freight trucks are significantly larger than standard delivery vans.

If your street cannot safely accommodate a freight truck, delivery will be coordinated at the nearest accessible main road.

Customer and driver must work together to find a safe delivery location.
Important: A second delivery attempt may incur an additional fee.
🏢 Delivery to Apartments
Due to road and space limitations, freight deliveries may not reach individual apartments or units.

In most cases, delivery will be made to the entrance or curb of the apartment complex.

Customers are responsible for transporting the merchandise into their unit.

If helpful, we recommend shipping to a relative’s or friend’s home for easier unloading and transport.
📅 Delivery Appointments & Curbside Delivery

When your order is ready for delivery, the freight company will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Please check your calls and voicemails. If they are unable to reach you:

The order may be returned to our warehouse.

The order will be canceled, and the customer will still be responsible for shipping costs.

All deliveries are curbside only.
This means:

Drivers will not bring items inside.
-
You are responsible for:
-
Moving the items indoors
-
Unpacking and disposing of shipping materials (including wooden pallet)

Assembling your vanity and mirror

If you require inside delivery (to the first or second floor), please call us after placing your order to request a quote.
Note: This service does not include assembly.
⚠️ Important: Inspect Your Shipment
For warranty and claim purposes:

You must inspect your order upon arrival.

If you notice any damage, note all visible issues on the delivery receipt.

Common damage indicators:

Dents
-
Stains
-
Torn plastic wrap
-
Damaged or opened boxes
-
Items off the pallet
-

Do not sign the delivery receipt as “OK” without checking.

If your vanity mirror is broken, refuse the item and contact us immediately.
🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is picked up by the carrier (within 1–5 business days of purchase), you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email.

This email will include:

A PRO number

A link to track your shipment

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
