Standard Delivery times are 5-10 business days but may take longer if unusual events take place.

Pearls Vanity cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Shipments are only within the contiguous US (lower 48) meaning no shipments can be made to addresses outside of USA, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico unfortunately.
Since most shipments are heavy and oversized Freight transportation is our preferred method of shipping your vanity orders.
Unlike regular delivery vans, Freight trucks are very large in size. If the street they are delivering to is not broad enough for the truck to get through or it is not under the required standards for the company to deliver, the driver along with the customer may need to coordinate delivery at the closest main road. Please work with the driver on making the delivery work as best as possible at that present time, second delivery attempts may result on an additional charge.
Delivery to Apartments
Freight trucks may not be able to deliver to your specific apartment due to road size limitations and may need to deliver at the entrance or outside of your apartment complex. Customer is responsible for transporting the merchandise to their apartment.
We can suggest shipping your order to a relative's home address if one is available to you. This might save you a bit of trouble when unpacking the pallet and getting things into your vehicle if the complex is in a busy zone.
Delivery Appointment & Curbside Delivery Information
When delivery date approaches trucking company will be reaching out to you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please be aware of your phone calls and voicemails, failure to schedule the delivery appointment will result in shipment to be returned to our warehouse and an order cancellation. If this happens purchaser will still be responsible for freight costs.
Please note this will be a curbside delivery only. The customer is responsible for bringing merchandise into their home, unpacking and getting rid of shipping materials including the wooden pallet. The customer is also responsible for assembling their vanity and mirror. We highly encourage you to schedule your delivery appointment on a day when you will have someone else to assist you with receiving your order.
If you need inside home delivery to a first or second floor please give us a call after placing your order to find out the cost for this service. This is not a service to assemble your vanity.
**Important Note** For claim filing purposes, you must note every detail on your delivery receipt and take pictures, if you believe there could be something wrong with your shipment. Important details include dents, stains, plastic wrap rupture, items out of the pallet, damaged boxes etc. Do not just sign the delivery receipt if you notice something is wrong. Please do not hesitate to tell the delivery driver that you need to inspect your item (specifically referring to mirrors) before you can sign. If your vanity mirror is broken, proceed to refuse the damaged merchandise and contact us to handle the warranty claim.
Tracking your order
Once the order has been picked up by the carrier (1-5 days from purchase date), you will receive a shipment confirmation with information about your delivery, along with your PRO number and link to trace it. Please keep in mind tracking number may take up yo 24-48 hrs to become active.
