Returns

Currently, Pearls Vanity is unable to accept returns or issue refunds for unwanted merchandise. However, all shipments that arrive damaged are covered by a shipping warranty, so you can be confident that if you receive a damaged item, it will be replaced as soon as possible as long as the claim is submitted within the specified timeframe.

Exchanges

Products must be completely sealed in its original packaging for an exchange to be approved.  20% restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges. Purchaser is also responsible for freight costs from their location to our warehouse as well as freight costs for their new item. Once received, Items will be inspected before we can ship out your replacement. Exchanges will be denied if item is not in new condition or is missing parts.

You can reach out to Customer service within a month of purchase to process an exchange. Be prepared with pictures or videos as well as with your dated proof of purchased.
