Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pearls Vanity. Please review our policy carefully regarding damages, exchanges, and compensation.


🚫 Returns & Refunds

Currently, Pearls Vanity is unable to accept returns or issue refunds for unwanted merchandise. All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.


📦 Damaged Shipments / Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products and take shipping issues seriously. All shipments that arrive damaged are protected by a shipping warranty.

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Claims must be submitted within 1 week of delivery.
  • Email clear photos and/or videos of the damage, along with your order number, to:

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.

If, for any reason, a refund or financial compensation is approved instead of a replacement, the refund will be issued only to the original payment method — no exceptions.


🔁 Exchanges

We do allow exchanges under specific conditions:

  • Items must be sealed in original packaging and in brand-new condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.
  • The customer is responsible for:
  • Shipping the item back to our warehouse
  • Paying shipping costs for the replacement item
  • Returned items will be inspected. Exchanges will be denied if the product:
  • Shows signs of use
  • Is damaged
  • Is missing any parts
